Yes. The InSight Summit includes dedicated networking sessions, reception, seated lunch and provides additional opportunities throughout the day to connect with industry peers.

Yes! All three tracks will have sessions and panels occurring simultaneously, but you can select your preferred session during each content block. For example, during content session 1, you can select the Financial Track and then in content session 2, you can select the Commercial Insurance track and then in session 3, you can select the Regulatory Track.

You can make these selections during the event as well – no need to register for sessions in advance.

Additionally, all sessions will be recorded and a copy of each will be available upon request. Essentially, with the recordings, you can have access to every summit session. Please email insightsummit@ibc.ca for more information.

Yes and no. This year, the InSight Summit will feature theater-style and mixed seating throughout the sessions, so traditional table purchases will not be available. However, organizations are still encouraged to register in groups — parties of eight or more are eligible for a group ticket discount.

Seating within each content session is on a first-come, first-served basis. There will be plenty of theatre-style and mixed seating available within each conference room.

There is no prescriptive dress code – however, we recommend professional, business attire.

Access to InSight Summit recordings is exclusive to ticketholders. This policy ensures that the value and benefits of attending the summit are preserved for those who have purchased a ticket. Ticket purchases not only support the conference but also grant attendees access to a wealth of knowledge and resources that are not publically available. By limiting access to recordings, we maintain the integrity and exclusivity of the content, ensuring that it remains a valuable resource for our attendees.

Participants who attend sessions in the Regulatory Track are eligible to claim hours toward the Law Society of Ontario’s continuing professional development (CPD) requirement. 

Total hours are determined by the number of sessions attended, up to a maximum of 2 hours and 45 minutes.
